The rules: Value of the playing card: Aces count as 1 or 11, queen and Kings are as 10 and the rest of the cards their nominal value. If the total of your cards is closer to 21 than the dealer’s, then you will win the same amount of your bet. If you have black jack, your bet will be paid 3 to 2 unless the dealer has a black jack also. If the total on your cards exceeds 21, you lose your bet. Note: In the divided hands black jacks are not allowed, they are considered as 21 therefore will not be paid 3 to 2. On two divided Aces just one more card will be deal, doubling or asking for more cards is not allowed. Insurance: If the dealer’s uncovered card is Ace, you can insure your self against a possible Black Jack. To choose this option you must say “yes” when the dealer ask you if you wish to use the “insurance”, you have to pay for this option half of the original bet , if the dealer gets a Black Jack he will pay you the insurance 2 to 1 , if the dealer doesn’t get one you will lose the money used to the insurance.
