Euronext Trading Instructions

To our shareholders:

We are pleased to inform you that upon approval for admission to listing and trading on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext, the regulated market of Euronext Amsterdam N.V., all of the existing common shares of Thunderbird Resorts Inc. may be traded on the Euronext Amsterdam under the symbol TBIRD.    We expect such trading of our common shares to commence on or about October 27, 2008.  Please see the information below:

Shareholders wishing to sell their shares on the Euronext Amsterdam on or after October 27, 2008, need to contact their Broker and complete a representation letter, which can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.

Information for Brokers:
Brokers who have been contacted by Thunderbird Resorts Inc. shareholders who want to sell their common shares on the Euronext Amsterdam should contact the Company's transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc., to have any applicable restrictions removed from such shares, as permitted by applicable securities laws.

Brokers should also submit the representation letter described above, duly completed and executed by such Thunderbird Resorts Inc. shareholder and a letter of instruction to Computershare Investor Services Inc.  For brokers located within North America, or who have a North American affiliate, a medallion signature guarantee will also be required.
