Development team evaluation of financial viability, political risk, potential security, relevant state, federal or national gaming license requirements, local labor law and tax issues, staffing requirements, investment requirements, projected revenue and expenses and projected return on investment.

Evaluation of compatible, complementary amenities to the casino that will best support and stimulate earning potential.

Projects that meet strict requirements are then put into a development pipeline that includes such activities as further financial analysis, project design conceptualization, site selection and negotiations, publication of a prospectus, financing negotiations and so forth until a project is fully negotiated, financed and ready to pass to the operations team.
