Thunderbird Resorts strives to create profitable, world-class entertainment and leisure facilities that inspire customer loyalty. Since 1997 Thunderbird Resort’s subsidiary operations have successfully invested in major real estate developments and implemented a new business model in five countries while achieving profitability at all levels.

By taking advantage of the market leading positions of established casinos, Thunderbird Resorts have invested in major real estate developments in Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the Philippines. In 2005, the flagship operation in Costa Rica was opened.  The success of two operations in the Philippines has opened the door for expansion in the Southeast Asia market. 

The targeted “sweet spot” for future growth are projects under $200 million: too small for the world’s largest casino operators and too large and sophisticated for most local entrepreneurs.

Bottom line:  Thunderbird Resorts will grow and profit as its successful real estate strategy will be extended to other market opportunities.
